Who are the STEM Ambassadors?

The STEM Ambassadors are student leaders in the STEM Program in Greene County. These students elect to serve as ambassadors understanding that service and leadership comes in conjunction with their academics. These students connect the school, the STEM program and their community through service work on the local, regional, national and international scale.

"Jr. Mini-Makers" Ambassadors
The STEM Society was established to provide leadership opportunities beyond the classroom for students in the STEM from Kindergarten through high school. The "Jr. Mini-Makers" Ambassadors are the core group of students that create opportunities for all students in the STEM Society by working with community leaders, community events, hosting community appreciation events, and supporting academic acknowledgement of their peers.
Objective

To implement a STEM Education awareness campaign with a focus on STEM careers, Business/Industry Guest Speakers, Community Service Projects, School Service Projects, and development of student leaders.
