The STEM Society

The STEM Society was established to provide leadership opportunities beyond the classroom for students in the STEM Academy at Greene Central High School and STEM Program at Greene County Middle. The STEM Ambassadors and Jr. STEM Ambassadors are the core group of students that create opportunities for all students in the STEM Society by working with community leaders, school leaders, hosting summer camps, planning college tours, hosting community appreciation events, and supporting academic acknowledgement of their peer.

The STEM Society has collaborated often with local and regional organizations to assist with various community service projects or events.  Students that serve as STEM Ambassadors receive community service hours for their commitment.
